BHETA webinar: the changing landscape of retail and its impact on ‘route-to-market’.

Date(s) - 08/07/2021
10:30 am - 11:00 am

Suitable for: C-Suite + Sales & Marketing Leaders with responsibility for channel strategy

The trend towards eCommerce was already clearly established. In the blissful ‘before’ times, Online was steadily on the rise accounting for 20% of all retail sales in January 2020. Fast forward to 2021, and the events of the past 12 months have stimulated double digit growth with the number now sitting at 36% – almost double!

So with ‘Online’ now in hyperdrive, how are traditional retailers responding? What should a bricks and mortar store now offer? And most importantly, how should you as the brand owner support and respond?

Jack Sweeney, Founder & Client Lead at JDS Strategists will be exploring these questions and more in their latest (and timely!) webinar, as well as opening the floor for a lively Q&A.

Who can attend:

  • This is a BHETA member-only event
  • Suppliers in the home enhancement sector who are interested in becoming BHETA members should contact: Housewares: Seema Grantham or DIY & Gardening: Keeley Vernon and we’ll arrange a short membership chat followed by access to the session.
