The Art & Science of Leadership and Management

Effective leadership is about striking the right balance between strategic oversight and day-to-day operational involvement. This training programme is designed to help managers develop the confidence, capability and judgement to lead effectively - staying on top of the business while remaining engaged in the detail that drives performance.

Delivered by BHETA’s Business Support Provider, JFR Training, this practical and highly interactive programme equips delegates with the core skills, tools and behaviours needed to lead with greater impact. Through a blend of leadership insight, management technique and applied workplace learning, participants will strengthen their ability to communicate clearly, motivate teams, manage performance and create a positive, high-performing culture.

Format

A 4-day, highly interactive classroom programme delivered across two 2-day modules, with an on-the-job learning assignment between modules to reinforce learning and improve long-term skill retention. Training takes place at BHETA’s Birmingham headquarters: Federation House, 10 Vyse Street, Birmingham B18 6LT.

Costs

The programme fee is £2150 + VAT per person.

Cancellation Policy

Registration is subject to JFR's Training cancellation policy: 31 days’ notice is required prior to the date of the training course commencing, after which the full fee will apply. Should JFR Training cancel the training event a full refund will be issued.
