Delivered by BHETA’s Business Support Provider, JFR Training, this practical and insightful training programme explores how personality influences the way we solve problems, make decisions and respond to change. Through a blend of proven models and behavioural insight, delegates will gain a clearer understanding of how individual preferences shape collaboration, communication and team performance.

Designed for professionals looking to improve effectiveness both individually and within teams, this session provides practical tools to strengthen problem solving, support better decision making and develop strategies for leading change with greater confidence and impact.

Format

Complete the Kirton Adaption Inventory (KAI) online before attending the 1-day workshop at BHETA HQ (Federation House, 10 Vyse Street, Birmingham B18 6LT). During the workshop, we will validate your preferences for generating ideas, being efficient and managing structure to gain insight into the impact of personality on behaviour and learn how to develop coping strategies for effective collaboration.

  Costs

  The programme fee is £575 + VAT per person.

Cancellation Policy

Registration is subject to JFR's Training cancellation policy: 31 days’ notice is required prior to the date of the training course commencing, after which the full fee will apply. Should JFR Training cancel the training event a full refund will be issued.
