BHETA’s Wilko “Meet the Buyer” day takes place on 13th November at the Best Western West Retford Hall hotel in Nottinghamshire.
Who should attend?
Wilko is looking for suppliers who can supply multiple products, and not just a single product, from Wilko’s core categories of decorating, DIY, garden, outdoor living, bathroom, storage, kitchen and electrical appliance categories. Suppliers of large bulky items like sheds must be able to dropship direct to consumers.
Who will attend from Wilko?
Buyers from the decorating, DIY, garden, outdoor living, bathroom, storage, kitchen and electrical appliance categories will be attending.
What should I bring and how long do I have?
Each supplier can bring two people and will be allocated a 20-minute appointment with the relevant buyer.
Wilko urges suppliers to concentrate on the features and benefits of their products, supported by cost price proposals.
