BHETA Launches New Sales Training Programmes for Members in 2026

BHETA members looking to strengthen their sales capability can now register for new programmes of targeted training, organised by BHETA and delivered by Selling Interactions.

Developed using direct input from BHETA members, the programmes are designed to reflect the realities of modern selling and provide practical skills that can be applied immediately in customer conversations.

Programmes available:

B2B Core Selling Skills Programme - 4th & 5th March, 21st & 22nd April (4 days, in person)

This session is focused on boosting confidence and effectiveness in modern B2B sales. It will cover persuasive communication, objection handling, engaging multiple decision-makers, and using AI and social media to work smarter and build stronger customer relationships.

1:1 DISC Workshop - 16th June (in person)

Designed for anyone working with customers, this programme uses the DISC personality framework to help you quickly adapt your style, build rapport, and connect more effectively in every customer interaction.

Negotiation Skills for Sales - 8th & 9th September (2 days, in person)

The training will equip managers and sales professionals with practical techniques to secure better terms, manage concessions and approach negotiations with greater confidence.

This session is tailored for those responsible for key accounts and focuses on driving account growth and influencing senior stakeholders.
