DISC is one of the most well-known and practical personality profiling tools used in organisations today. It is very useful in sales, as it can be applied quickly, even during short customer interactions. As a result of the personal coaching, you will enhance your self-awareness and ability to ‘bring the best out of yourself. You will also learn how to tune into customer’s preferences. The programme will cover:

Complete your personal DISC profile online before attending the 1-day workshop at BHETA HQ on 16th June. During the workshop, you will debrief your profile, learn how to leverage your strengths, understand customers’ preferences, and adapt your approach accordingly.
The programme fee is £575 + VAT per person.
Registration is subject to BHETA’s cancellation policy: 31 days’ notice is required prior to the date of the training course commencing, after which the full fee will apply. Should BHETA cancel the training event a full refund will be issued
