Supercharge Your Business with AI

Artificial intelligence is rapidly moving from an emerging technology to an everyday business tool, changing the way organisations plan, work and deliver. For businesses looking to understand how AI can be applied in practice and turn its potential into tangible improvements. BHETA is hosting an exclusive, hands-on AI workshop with award-winning digital marketing agency Push.

AI Workshop: Supercharge Your Business with AI will take place on Tuesday 29 September 2026, from 10am to 1pm, at Federation House, 10 Vyse Street, Birmingham, B18 6LT.

The event is free and exclusively available to BHETA members.

Moving beyond the AI hype

AI is no longer a futuristic concept. Businesses are already using AI to improve productivity, generate content, streamline processes and support decision-making, while changing customer behaviour is creating new opportunities and challenges for businesses to consider.

However, knowing which tools to use, how to prompt them effectively and where AI can make a genuine difference can be difficult in a rapidly evolving landscape.

This workshop is designed to move beyond theory and give attendees practical insight into how AI can be incorporated into everyday business activities.

The session will be delivered by Push, an award-winning digital marketing agency with 17 years of global experience. The Push team will explore how businesses can integrate AI to improve creativity, efficiency and performance, while demonstrating practical applications that attendees can take away and apply within their own organisations.

A practical, hands-on approach

Rather than simply discussing what AI could do, the workshop will give attendees the opportunity to explore how it can work in practice.

The interactive session will help participants understand how AI can be used to gain a competitive edge, develop more effective prompts and streamline business processes through AI-driven content.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their laptops, as the workshop will include live exercises and demonstrations designed to make the learning as practical and relevant as possible.

What will the workshop cover?

The three-hour session will cover a range of topics designed to give businesses a broader understanding of where AI can deliver value.

What’s Working in 2026

The workshop will begin by looking at the latest AI tools, trends and real-world results, helping businesses understand what is currently delivering value rather than simply focusing on the latest developments.

Prompt Engineering Masterclass

Getting useful results from AI often depends on how effectively a task is communicated to the tool. The Prompt Engineering Masterclass will explore how to brief AI tools effectively to generate more useful and accurate outputs.

AI Use Cases Across the Business

The session will look beyond individual AI tools to explore practical applications across day-to-day business activities, helping attendees identify where AI could potentially improve processes and productivity within their own organisations.

How Your Customers Use AI

AI is also changing the way consumers discover information, research products and interact with businesses. Attendees will explore how customer behaviour is evolving and what businesses can do to adapt.

Introducing AI Agents

The workshop will also introduce AI agents and explore how they can be used to automate repeat tasks, particularly within marketing and business processes.

The session will conclude with a Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to raise questions and explore areas of particular interest.

Insights from businesses already using AI

The value of the workshop is reflected in feedback from previous attendees.

Dan Gyves, Managing Director at Esska Shoes, described the Push AI workshop as the best workshop or training course he had attended, highlighting the combination of strong content and hands-on training. He also noted that he came away with numerous potential use cases and a clearer understanding of how AI could enhance productivity and capability when implemented correctly.

Tasmin Boyce from QEP similarly highlighted the depth of insight and practical tools covered during the session. Having already considered herself reasonably familiar with AI, she found the workshop demonstrated just how much more is possible and how quickly businesses can begin applying these tools.

Importantly, she also noted that the workshop was accessible to people at different stages of their AI journey, from those who are new to the technology through to those already using it.

Meet the Push team

The workshop will be led by experienced members of the Push team.

Steve Hyde, Co-Founder of Push, brings more than 25 years of marketing experience, including senior roles within major FMCG businesses such as Kraft Foods, PepsiCo and Disney. He co-founded Push in 2007 in response to the growing demand for performance-based marketing and the opportunities created by digital platforms.

Jai Khan, Sales & Growth Marketing Director at Push, has worked across a wide range of industries and has been at the forefront of Push's AI and digital marketing audits. Having reviewed thousands of accounts, Jai focuses on identifying opportunities for growth and helping businesses recognise emerging trends and potential challenges before they become more significant.

Their combined experience provides attendees with the opportunity to explore AI through both a strategic and practical business lens.

Building practical AI capability

For businesses navigating the rapidly changing AI landscape, the challenge is increasingly less about whether AI has a role to play and more about understanding where it can deliver the greatest value.

From improving everyday processes and productivity to understanding changing customer behaviour and exploring automation through AI agents, the workshop is designed to help BHETA members identify practical opportunities that can be applied within their own businesses.

With AI continuing to evolve at pace, developing a practical understanding of the technology could provide businesses with an important opportunity to improve efficiency, enhance performance and stay ahead of emerging changes.
