The forums are aimed at Finance and Credit professionals and Owners, and include:

- insolvency law update from PwC
- Experian's data on how your customers pay other suppliers
- Discussion of any retailer you wish to highlight
- Latest retail sales updates and market statistics
The main agenda item is the discussion about individual retailers nominated by a member: including Experian’s data on average days late payment by retailer; what credit insurance is available; any available sales information; and experiences from other suppliers.Member based discussions include:
