BHETA is proud to announce that team member Natalia, Senior Marketing Executive, has been shortlisted for the new Rising Star Award at the Excellence in Housewares Awards 2026, recognising her contribution to the housewares industry since joining the association.
Introduced for the first time in 2026, the Rising Star Award celebrates emerging professionals who have been working within the housewares industry for up to five years. The award recognises individuals across suppliers, retailers and associated businesses who are making a notable contribution to the sector and demonstrating the potential to become future industry leaders.
Since joining BHETA in October 2024, following a career in the rail industry, Natalia has played an increasingly important role across both BHETA and the Exclusively Show, supporting the development and delivery of marketing, communications and digital initiatives for members, exhibitors, visitors and other industry stakeholders.
A key part of her work has been supporting the development of BHETA’s new website and member portal, as well as leading the creation of the new Exclusively website. These projects have involved combining creative thinking with a strong focus on usability and delivering an effective digital experience for the association’s audiences.
Natalia’s role has also expanded significantly over the past year to encompass PR activity, alongside email marketing, social media and wider digital communications. Through these activities, she has contributed to raising the profile of BHETA and Exclusively while helping to communicate the value and opportunities available to members, exhibitors and visitors.
Her nomination recognises not only the breadth of her work, but also the professionalism, creativity and attention to detail she brings to each project. Her commitment to delivering a positive experience for BHETA’s members and the wider housewares community has made her a valued member of the team.
The winner of the Rising Star Award will be announced at the Excellence in Housewares Awards 2026 on Wednesday 30 September 2026, at the Royal Lancaster London.
BHETA would like to congratulate Natalia on her well-deserved nomination and wish her the very best of luck for the awards ceremony.
