BHETA will host two dedicated Credit Forums next week, bringing together members from across the housewares, small electrical appliances, DIY and gardening sectors to provide up-to-date insight into retail credit conditions and market risk.
Delivered in partnership with Let’s Talk Credit, Attis and PwC, the quarterly forums are designed to help suppliers better understand the financial health of key retail partners and wider trading conditions. Discussions will include retailer performance updates, insolvency trends, trade credit insurance developments, regulatory changes and broader market dynamics affecting supplier confidence.
The sessions also provide an opportunity for members to share trading intelligence and exchange insights with industry peers, supporting more informed decision-making across the supply chain.
Housewares & Small Electrical Appliances forum
The first session will focus on the Housewares and Small Electrical Appliances sector and will take place on Tuesday 7 July from 10:00am to 11:00am. The online event will be hosted via Microsoft Teams.
DIY & Gardening forum
Later the same day, a second session will be held for the DIY and Gardening sector from 2:00pm to 3:00pm, also online via Microsoft Teams.
The Credit Forums form part of BHETA’s ongoing commitment to supporting members with practical insights into risk management and retail trading conditions. We are combining expert commentary with real-time industry feedback, the sessions aim to strengthen understanding of credit risk and help businesses navigate an evolving retail industry.
