Eebz, a digital shelf analytics platform built for consumer brands, has joined BHETA as a Business Support Partner. The platform helps brands trading across DIY, homewares, and adjacent categories to monitor, analyse and act on their digital shelf performance across every retailer and marketplace channel.
Eebz gives brands live visibility of their digital shelf performance across all channels, identifying content gaps, search ranking issues and missed conversion opportunities as they arise. Central to the platform is Ada, an action layer that surfaces live signals and opportunities from digital shelf data, helping brands move from analysis to action.
The Eebz service addresses the fact that the DIY and homewares markets both present complex digital shelf challenges in retail, namely large product ranges with many variants in terms of colours, sizes, finishes, materials, dimensions, and pack configurations. Products are also distributed across an expanding mix of bricks-and-mortar multiples, specialist independents and online marketplaces, so keeping listings accurate, consistent, and optimised for search and conversion across that many SKUs and touchpoints is a significant operational challenge. “And,” as Dan Bieny, Account Director at Eebz explained, “it can be costly if things go wrong.”
