Discover how to connect better with customers: Join the DISC webinar

Do you have regular contact with customers? Would you like to find ways to connect better with them? Do you find some relationships challenging? Join for a workshop on May 22nd at 10:30am exploring the DISC personality profile, and how it can help us with effective customer relationships.

Led by Suzy Hunt from Selling Interactions, an accredited DISC practitioner and specialist sales coach, the session will explore how reading the signals customers give us, enables us to adapt the way we interact with them.

DISC is an ideal personality tool for sales, as it allows to make quick, practical ‘best guesses’ about the preferences of customers, and adapt accordingly.

The webinar is intended for those actively involved in convincing customers and will be in the form of a short training session, to help BHETA members back at work.
