Sparkling water brand, SodaStream has become a member of BHETA.SodaStream is a UK subsidiary of the Israel-based manufacturing company best known as the maker of the consumer home carbonation product of the same name. The device, like a soda syphon, carbonates water by adding carbon dioxide from a pressurized cylinder to create soda water.Now part of PepsiCo, SodaStream was founded in London in 1903. The company now produces a range of associated products including reusable water bottles as well as syrups and flavours to create a variety of carbonated drinks.Will Jones, BHETA’s sector director for housewares and small domestic appliances said, “This is excellent news for BHETA.
