Leekes Group has announced EBITDA of £6 million and a profit before tax of £3.1 million for the financial year ending 31 March 2024. The company saw a significant improvement in gross margin, rising by 270 basis points to 42.6%.Emma Leeke, Managing Director of Leekes Retail, commented: “We are pleased to report strong results, reflecting our ongoing commitment to delivering excellent performance despite the evolving challenges in the retail sector. Our consistent profitability over the past four years has allowed us to invest in strategic growth initiatives.”Leekes also highlighted key investments, including the successful opening of a new store in Cheltenham last week, as well as the forthcoming completion of the final phase of the flagship store refurbishment in Llantrisant, South Wales.
