Marketing director of BHETA, Steve Richardson commented, “Obviously this is great news for BHETA, and I’m especially pleased to see the association making serious headway across all sectors including garden, gift and electricals.”He continued, “I think it is down to a combination of factors. The continued growth of the Exclusively Show, which BHETA owns clearly plays a part, but the amount of change – including legislative change – affecting the home and garden sector has made our advisory webinars, data supply and lobbying services especially important to the industry. BHETA also continues to offer excellent retail contacts and opportunities to learn about and network with the ever-increasing variety of routes to market at home and overseas.”BHETA provides its members with the opportunity to network with vital sector customer contacts, industry colleagues and expert business support providers.BHETA has up to 300 members, operating in industry sectors representing over £30bn at retail sales and 15,000 employees. For more information about BHETA and the retailer networking, market data, lobbying and business support opportunities it offers, view the website at www.bheta.co.uk or contact Member Services on 0121 237 1130.
