Known for his strong leadership and proven success in store expansion, Pennington's appointment underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to retail innovation and enhancing customer engagement.
With a distinguished career in retail, Pennington has held key roles at several prominent brands, including Ralph Lauren, Topshop/Topman, White Stuff, and most recently, Charles Tyrwhitt, where he spent eight years. At Charles Tyrwhitt, Pennington’s leadership was instrumental in the brand reaching the finals of the People in Retail Awards twice, with the company securing the prestigious Employee of the Year award on both occasions.
Pennington has also been a champion of talent development, focusing on fostering strong leadership within store networks. In his new role at ProCook, he will be responsible for overseeing the company's retail strategy, enhancing the in-store experience, and supporting the ambitious plans for store expansion.
His appointment marks a significant milestone in ProCook’s growth trajectory as the company looks to strengthen its presence in the retail market and continue its expansion across the UK.
