What is the RAM?
Under EPR legislation, modulation of Local Authority (LA) Waste Management Disposal Fees will begin in the 2026 compliance year. These fees – payable by Large Producers on ‘Household’ packaging – will vary based on recyclability. That means your 2025 packaging data must be reported using the Recyclability Assessment Methodology (RAM) to enable accurate fee modulation by PackUK, the EPR Scheme Administrator.
