Taking place on Thursday, 18th September 2025 in Birmingham, this event offers suppliers the rare chance to pitch directly to Decco’s national buying team, who is actively on the lookout for fresh products, strong commercial proposals, and new supplier partnerships that can deliver real value and scalable growth. At this stage, Decco will be prioritising commercially viable proposals that demonstrate logistical feasibility and strong financial justification, rather than detailed presentations on brand marketing strategies.

• Each supplier can bring two people and will be allocated a 20-minute appointment with their relevant buyer. More appointments with additional buyers may be allocated if a supplier has products relevant for multiple categories.
• It is recommended that you arrive at the venue 10 minutes prior to your allocated appointment.
• All registrations are subject to approval by Decco. Your appointment will be confirmed by the BHETA team.

Booking terms:

• In the event of over-subscription, BHETA member places will be allocated on a first come first served basis per buyer.
• Participation in BHETA’s ‘Meet the Buyer’ events is solely for UK suppliers, manufacturers and distributor.
• Cancellations will only be refunded if 48 hours notice prior to the event has been received.

• Member rate: £89.00+VAT
• Non-member rate: £199.00+VAT, if it’s your first BHETA Meet the Buyer event
• Non-member rate: £249.00+VAT, if you have attended a prior BHETA Meet the Buyer event
