In this high-energy workshop, we will encourage members to re-examine their company's value proposition and demonstrate how their B2B website and wider digital presence can become a powerful extension of their sales team by clearly reflecting their values, personality, and brand promise.

What You’ll Do in the Workshop

Led by Aspin’s Head of Marketing, Lizzi Benger, this practical, hands-on session will guide participants to:

  • Identify key audiences (customers, prospects, sales teams, etc.)
  • Map which services/products each audience cares about
  • Use a brand language framework to define:
    • Key adjectives
    • Tone of voice
    • Style choices
    • Messaging that reflects your brand personality

Participants will leave with a clear, structured way to ensure their digital presence aligns with their company’s true identity.
We must apologise, this session will not include a demo, and the workshop is designed for users of all and any trade website applications.
