JFR design and deliver high quality group and team sessions in Leadership & Management. They also deliver highly effective Coaching and Mentoring one-to-one sessions to help individuals realise their true potential. They work with people at all levels - Supervisors, Managers and Directors across all functions.
JRF works predominantly with organisations within the B2B sector who demonstrate real commitment to growing their people who they view as human beings rather than human resources. Their experience covers a wide spectrum of industry sectors including Builders Merchants and Construction.

On the group training front JFR provides tried and tested theories and models which they ‘translate’ into pragmatic, user-friendly Leadership & Management tools. Their delivery style is facilitation; as a result topics are discussed openly and conclusions reached. These conclusions are the basis for Personal Action Plans as an aid to implementation of the key learnings. The outcomes of the training are improved performance of the attendee and their reports through discretionary effort, which inturn can result in staff retention and loyalty.
Outside of the group training BHETA members can contact Jamie Johnson to discuss individual Leadership & Management challenges where the solution is attained through one to one coaching and mentoring rather than attending a group session. This means specific issues can be resolved expediently and completed promptly, efficiently and within a reasonable and expected timeframe.
