Howes Percival appoints Paula Dumbill as new Head of Commerical

Howes Percival are delighted to announce that they have appointed Paula Dumbill as a
partner and head of our commercial team within their Corporate, Commercial, and Banking
(CCB) practice.

Paula is a commercial contracts specialist with a tech bias. She has substantial experience of
drafting and negotiating all of the commercial contracts that businesses need to manage their risk
on a day-to-day basis. Paula also advises on technology, infrastructure, and outsourcing projects
and mission critical joint venture arrangements. In the Legal 500, she is recognised as a ‘leading
individual’ and has also led a commercial team ranked ‘Tier 1’ in the East Midlands.
