A follow-up direct marketing campaign to promote BHETA’s website, featuring the Retailer Zone, is planned for September 2019.
Aimed at retailers, it will ensure that BHETA’s interactive product, brand and supplier search facility is in the hands of buyers across the home improvement (DIY), garden, housewares and small electricals sectors.
The Retailer Zone features information from all suppliers who are BHETA members and provides a real-time search function – by product category, by brand and by supplier. It is a fantastic new tool for the whole industry, enabling retail buying teams to find not only practical product and supply details, but real inspiration for future listings, all from laptop, tablet or phone.
BHETA won the ‘Website of the Year’ award at the Trade Association Forum’s TA Best Practice Awards in July 2019.
Commenting on the campaign, Will Jones said, “The award-winning BHETA website and Retailer Zone have received a really positive reception from major retailers, with 29% of buyers searching the online facility to research future product listings. We strongly urge members to check that their products are correctly represented online.”
