New Member Services team supports growth strategy

BHETA has promoted Nicola Adams-Brown to Member Services Manager as it expands its membership in terms of scope and numbers.

Nicola has been with BHETA for five and half years as part of the member services provision and will now lead a team of three, supporting proactive initiatives and being available for member enquiries across a wide range of services from retail engagement to export to exhibition discounts to lobbying and policy to market data and research.  Nicola will also take on personal responsibility for spearheading all BHETA’S Export initiatives and supporting the member retention programme.

Nicola will be supported in her new role by recent recruits, Helen Farnell and Samantha Miah.  Helen has had wide experience in client and customer services as well as the travel industry in which she has a BTEC National Diploma.  Sam is highly qualified in business administration and has spent much of her career to date in recruitment.

Will Jones, Chief Operating Officer at BHETA added, “The new member services team add a wealth of experience and knowledge to the established BHETA administration.  Nicola has proved her leadership abilities, contribution and initiatives on behalf of the BHETA membership and I look forward to working with the whole membership services team as we develop existing and new added value initiatives for BHETA members.”

Further information about BHETA’s extensive programme of events and initiatives together with all BHETA member services can be found on the BHETA website or by contacting the BHETA Member Services Team on 0121 237 1130.
