Jafco & Smartwares join BHETA

Jafco Tools & Smartwares Group are among the latest companies to join BHETA.

Paul Grinsell, BHETA’s sector director form home improvement said, “Jafco Tools is yet another positive outcome of BHETA welcoming the FBHTM on board and it’s great to have specialist British manufacturers such as this among the membership.

Smartwares is at the forefront of an altogether different kind of technology – the automated home – and this illustrates the breadth of the market BHETA now represents.”

Birmingham-based Jafco Tools was established in 1981 and is a well-known name in the manufacture of specialist tools for use in safety critical situations such as fire and rescue and the railway industry.

With a range of hand tools aimed at professional end users working in environments where safety and performance are key, most products feature pultruded fibreglass handles which exceed the relevant British Standards. The company has a major commitment to continuous product development and research into ever higher specifications. Visit website
