BHETA Forum to feature Lakeland

BHETA is to hold another of its member forums on 1st November 2018, featuring Samm Swain, Lakeland’s Buying and Merchandising Director as guest speaker. Previously one of Lakeland’s merchandising managers, Samm was appointed in February 2017. She has been with the company for over eight years.

At the forum, Samm will be sharing Lakeland’s latest plans and strategic thinking in relation to the current market. She will also be highlighting the opportunities for suppliers and how best they can interact with Lakeland going forward.

The event will be held at Federation House in Birmingham with a start time of 10am. There will be other industry guest speakers and further detail will be available nearer the time via the BHETA website or by speaking to BHETA member services.

Will Jones commented, “Whether it’s lobbying, opening up new markets or pioneering our new online product, brand and supplier search facility for retailers, BHETA is ahead of game in bringing suppliers and retailers together for mutual benefit. It’s brilliant that one of the results of this is that we can attract companies such as Lakeland to our events. Save the date!”

More details to follow in due course from BHETA Member Services.
