We are delighted to announce that a date for the BHETA Business Support forum has been set, for Tuesday 19th November 2019, from 10am to 2pm, at our offices at Federation House, Vyse Street, Birmingham.

We’ll explain the factors behind the huge rise in the cost of packaging compliance this year, and look at what BHETA members can do to mitigate the increases. We’ll investigate future changes to the regulations, including the Governments proposals to introduce Extended Producer Responsibility and a Tax on recycled content of plastic packaging, which could be a significant challenge for BHETA members.

Counterfeit goods can have a serious impact on your business. We’ll provide an insight to how counterfeiters operate and highlight the steps you can take to protect your business, using a case study of Boxman in Turkey.
BHETA Export Surgery: “Your Export questions answered”
The BHETA Export Committee will be on hand to provide advice and support to any member who has a specific question or query. This is a new initiative for members only and for further detail on how to submit your questions please see link.
BHETA – Will Jones will provide an update on the latest developments and initiatives.
