BHETA is pleased to announce we will be hosting a webinar with Howes Percival on Thursday 30th November at 2:00pm, presented by Miles Barnes.

This session is intended as an introduction and overview of how ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) issues may be relevant to BHETA members and how to ensure your business is compliant.

The session will cover:

  • What are ESG issues and why do they matter?
  • What are the key ESG risks for members to manage?
  • What steps can members take from a legal perspective to address both current and future ESG issues in their business?
  • Recent cases on ESG issues

Miles Barnes is a Director in the Commercial team at Howes Percival. Miles advises businesses on creating, negotiating and managing their commercial trading arrangements, including supply, manufacturing, agency, marketing, distribution and e-commerce agreements. Miles also works with businesses on wider supply chain compliance issues such as ESG, product quality standards and consumer protection.
