Hybrid Working – how do you make it fit for your business and do you want to?

On Thursday 27th May at 2:30pm, BHETA are pleased to welcome Business Support Providers, Ellis Whittam.  Working from home some of the time, or hybrid working, will become “the norm” for many companies after the pandemic.  Ellis Whitam’s Principal Health & Safety Consultant, Charles Spencer and Senior Employment Law Adviser, Caroline Johnstone will be providing information on how you could make this work for your business.

The following topics will be covered to ensure alignment with your organisation’s values, aims and objectives:

  • Key considerations for employers
  • “One size does not fit all”
  • Practical suggestions
  • Legal considerations

Following the 20 minute presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to pose questions directly to Charles and Caroline
