Start/Finish Times

Start: 9:30am

Finish: 4:30 – 5:00pm

Location: Federation House, 10 Vyse Street, Birmingham.

What qualification will I receive? The Essential Selling Skills Course is a formally endorsed qualification by the ISM and is also CPD Certified. Upon completing the course, you will receive the “Improving Your Sales Success” certificate from the ISM and a CPD certificate.

Cancellation terms: Should you need to cancel your place on the course this will need to be requested no later than Wednesday 18th December 2019 in order to receive a full refund.  Any cancellation beyond this date the full cost of the course will be charged.
